Campbell Adjusting LLC does not represent the contractor in the property owner’s insurance claim. Our role is limited to the specific estimate or documentation review services requested.
ESTIMATE REVIEW
We compare the contractor’s estimate with the insurance company’s estimate to identify missing, reduced, or materially different items.

SUPPLEMENT REVIEW
Campbell Adjusting LLC can review a proposed supplement and the supporting file before it is submitted.
This may include evaluating whether the requested items are supported by photographs, measurements, repair documentation, invoices, reports, or other available information. We can also identify areas where the scope or documentation may need further clarification.
The contractor remains responsible for preparing and submitting his or her supplement.
PROPERTY OWNER REFERRALS
Contractors frequently encounter property owners whose approved insurance estimate does not appear to reflect the documented damage or necessary repair costs.
When the disagreement may involve the amount of loss, the contractor may refer the property owner to Campbell Adjusting LLC for an independent discussion about the insurance appraisal process.
Any appraisal agreement is entered into directly with the property owner or the property owner’s authorized representative. Campbell Adjusting LLC does not act as the contractor’s appraiser or representative in the claim.
